Client review packageReviewing: Package overview

Internal design package

Thomas Elliott directions.

A review hub for the new range: page concepts, typography options, logo treatments, and the available photography. The old Option A and B pages are not the review surface.

Review order

Start with Home and Typography. Then review Catalogue and Work Detail. About/Craft and Inquiry/Contact explain how the site becomes credible once the photo set is complete.

Photo inventory

These temporary Instagram screenshot crops are grouped by family: sapphire pendants, emerald pendants, diamond rings, ruby-accent rings, opal/bracelet details, and brand artwork. Replace with original masters before final production.

Design surface options

These are not mystery theme toggles. They are presentation surfaces for the same brand system: deep blue for cinematic jewellery moments and warm paper for catalogue clarity.

Deep blue

Cinematic, close to the hand.

Use for home, work detail, craft, and dramatic editorial moments.

Warm paper

Quiet catalogue, easy scanning.

Use for catalogue, contact, story copy, and buyer-facing clarity.

Paired page surfaces

Each major page direction should have a deep-blue and warm-paper version before final selection. This gives Reuben a fair comparison instead of making one mode feel more developed than the other.

Home

Deep blue

Cinematic arrival, hero object, direct bespoke CTA.

Warm paper

Editorial split, quieter copy, product image as proof of taste.

Catalogue

Deep blue

One-piece-per-breath scroll with immersive plates.

Warm paper

Calm scan grid for rings, pendants, and precedent pieces.

Work Detail

Deep blue

Story-led product mood with close-up sequencing.

Warm paper

Material notes, inquiry path, and quieter editorial pacing.

Item Detail

Deep blue

Large image, emotional material note, and inquiry-first CTA.

Warm paper

Restrained specs, customization notes, and softer reading pace.

Inquiry

Deep blue

Letter-like bespoke inquiry with atmosphere.

Warm paper

Simple contact route with buyer clarity and low friction.

Where the concepts come from

The references are client-facing and concrete: Patek for restraint and negative space, Jean Paul Xavier for soft bridal photography, Bobby White for direct bespoke posture, Automic Gold for practical browsing, and editorial typography studies for the subtle sweep and heading rhythm.
